FOUNDER - CLINICAL DIRECTOR - SEX & RELATIONSHIP THERAPIST
Anna Halliday
LMHC-QS, CST
Therapy for intimacy, relationships, identity, and the parts of yourself you've been taught to edit.
Anna works with adults and couples in Florida and New York, offering thoughtful, affirming care grounded in more than 11 years of clinical experience.
You don’t have to shrink yourself to be understood.
Anna offers a warm, direct, and collaborative space to explore intimacy, relationships, identity, and sexual well-being-without shame and without judgment.
Her approach is sex-positive, identity-affirming, and grounded in curiosity. Together, you'll untangle what's keeping you stuck, build more authentic connection, and create a life that reflects your values and desires.
"Therapy should feel human— honest, curious, and free of shame."

I believe everyone deserves a space to be fully themselves. My own healing journey showed me how transformative it is to be seen, heard, and supported, so I built my practice around that same experience for my clients.
-
Anna’s approach is warm, collaborative, direct, and free of judgment. She draws from cognitive behavioral therapy, emotion-focused therapy, mindfulness, and person-centered approaches, adapting the work to each client rather than forcing everyone into the same model.
Her work is trauma-informed, sex-positive, and identity-affirming. Anna creates space for clients to speak openly about relationships, intimacy, sexuality, identity, and the parts of themselves they may have learned to hide—while offering compassionate challenge, practical tools, and honest feedback that support meaningful change.

Anna is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and New York, a Florida Qualified Supervisor, and a board-certified Sex Therapist. She is also a Certified Kink-Conscious Professional and has more than 11 years of clinical experience working with adults and couples.
Anna earned dual master’s degrees in Psychological Counseling and Mental Health Counseling from Teachers College, Columbia University. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Women’s and Gender Studies from the University of Miami. Her advanced training includes sex therapy, relationship dynamics, trauma-informed care, LGBTQIA+ affirmative therapy, kink/BDSM, and ethical non-monogamy.

Outside of work, Anna is a spouse, mom of two, and devoted dog mom to Talulah. To decompress, she enjoys cooking, reading, working out, nature walks, traveling, and spending time with her family. Parenthood and the beautiful messiness of real life continually deepen her appreciation for humor, flexibility, connection, and the fact that none of us has everything figured out.
